50 to 80%

of women experience
low back pain at some point during pregnancy.

Popple LSO is engineered for the specific anatomical and biomechanical needs of pregnancy.

By reducing pain and improving postural alignment, the Popple LSO helps patients stay active throughout pregnancy and can be worn postpartum for continued support during recovery.

How it works.

Popple LSO’s lifting and compression design supports the abdomen and lower spine, addressing common issues such as low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, round ligament pain, and diastasis recti—without restricting natural fetal movement.

Specifically Designed Compression System

Features a new patented TriTrackTM compression system made for pregnant women to gently support the lower back and pelvis. When applied while lying down with knees bent, it can help maintain a neutral pelvic position, easing pregnancy-related back pain.

Anterior Load
Support

Provides a gentle cradle of support without inhibiting pelvic floor activation, supporting the anterior load to assist with normalizing the patient's center of gravity.

Customized Level
of Support

Panels can be removed for a low-profile belt for highly effective relief in any configuration.

Adaptable Through Pregnancy

Adjustable arms and straps can be lengthened or shortened for optimal comfort, compression, and mobility. After birth, the brace can also be resized to support the body during postpartum recovery.

Therapy Pack Compatible

Hot/Cold therapy is an additional modality for symptom management and cold therapy following cesarean recovery (sold separately).

Doctor designed

Designed in collaboration with OB/GYNs and leading spine physicians, Popple LSO was designed with targeted support that addresses the underlying mechanics of pain during pregnancy.

Billing Support

Popple LSO is classified as durable medical equipment (DME) and can be prescribed for at-home use during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Each DME product has a specific insurance billing code, called an HCPCS code, which identifies the brace type for insurance coverage and reimbursement. Once prescribed, a DME provider manages product fitting, delivery, and billing on your behalf—similar to the process for a breast pump.
